Welcome to the eCourier Voice it portal

This portal is a confidential platform designed to encourage employees to report concerns about unethical behaviour, misconduct, or any other issues they encounter at eCourier and your identity will be protected throughout the process.

You may wish to use this portal if you feel uncomfortable discussing any issues directly with management. You can report issues related to fraud, harassment, safety concerns or any conduct that violates eCourier’s policies.

When submitting your concern, please provide as much detail as possible, including dates, times, locations, and names of those involved. Clear and specific information helps in the investigation process.

There are two ways to raise concerns:

1. Click the “anonymous submission” button to submit a concern without having to enter any personal details about yourself. Please note that, due to the anonymity, we will not be able to respond directly to you. However, rest assured that all concerns will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken based on the evidence submitted. Please be aware but action may be limited if sufficient evidence is not provided.

2. If you wish to receive a response, you will need to create a case, by setting up an account. This will require a username, email address and password. Please note that while you are providing these details, your information will only be visible to HR and no one else.

All cases are handled confidentially, and eCourier is committed to protecting employees who raise concerns in good faith. By using the Voice it portal, you contribute to maintaining a safe ethical and respectful workplace at eCourier.
